The IMPLEMENT & MONITOR service can either seamlessly follow the STRATEGY & FRAMEWORK phase or operate independently. In the latter scenario, the client specifically requests our assistance in implementing their own system. The identified IT automation scenarios will predominantly be developed using the Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) process, complemented by the Agile project management methodology.
